How we handle your information

01Who we are

With Allah is a training programme operated by PT Raya Makmur Selaras, Jl. Panglima Polim V No.62 RT.1/RW.7, Melawai, Kebayoran Baru, Jakarta Selatan, DKI Jakarta 12160, Indonesia. For any question about this policy, write to admin@withallah.id.

02What we collect

Account details: your name, email address, and a password, or the basic profile data returned by Google or Apple if you sign in that way.

Registration details: full name, preferred name, gender, date of birth, WhatsApp number, email, occupation, organisation, and postal address including city, province and country.

Health details: medical conditions, medication, allergies, mobility or seating needs, pregnancy where you choose to tell us, dietary requirements, and your emergency contact.

Participant details: the same information for anyone you register alongside you.

Transaction and technical details: invoices, payment status and method, plus standard log data such as device type and approximate location derived from your IP address.

03Why we collect it

To create and secure your account, to confirm your place in a batch, to issue invoices and receipts, to prepare name badges and participant materials, to contact you about the programme by email and WhatsApp, to care for you properly during the three days, and to keep the records required of us by Indonesian law.

04Health information

Health information is collected only so that our facilitators and venue team can look after participants during the programme. It is seen only by the people who need it, is never used for marketing, and is deleted within six months after the programme unless you ask us to keep it for a future batch.

05Who else sees it

We share only what is necessary, and only with organisations that help us run the programme: our payment provider, which processes your payment and holds the transaction record; our email provider, which delivers confirmations and reminders; our cloud and database provider, which stores this data; and the venue, which receives a name list and any access or dietary needs.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

06How long we keep it

Account and registration records are kept while your account is open. Financial records are kept for as long as Indonesian tax and company law requires. Health records are deleted within six months of the programme. You may ask us to close your account and delete your data at any time.

07Security

Data is held on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit, access limited to the small team that needs it, and no card numbers stored on our own systems. No system is perfect, so if a breach affects you we will tell you and the relevant authority without undue delay.

08Your choices

You may ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, receive a copy, withdraw your consent, unsubscribe from updates, or have your data deleted where we are not required to keep it. Write to admin@withallah.id and we will respond within thirty days.

09Cookies

We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in, remember your language choice, and protect the registration form from automated abuse. We do not use advertising cookies.

10Registering other people

If you register someone else, please make sure they know and agree that you are giving us their contact and health details. We will contact them directly with their own joining instructions.

11Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and, where the change is significant, tell you by email. The programme is intended for adults; we do not knowingly register anyone under eighteen.
